Return Deadline: The vehicle must be returned by the specified time. In case of delay, an additional fee will be charged for each hour or day.
Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, subject to normal wear and tear. All damages and dirt must be reported upon return.
Refueling: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was received. Otherwise, a refueling fee will be charged.
Cleanliness: The vehicle must be clean. If additional cleaning is required, a fee will be charged.
Equipment and Accessories: All provided accessories such as GPS or child seats must be returned with the vehicle. Otherwise, a fee for missing equipment will be charged.
Documents: All rental-related documents must be returned with the vehicle.
Return Location: The vehicle must be returned to the specified location. Additional terms may apply for returns at a different location.
Condition Inspection: The vehicle will be inspected by a company representative upon return. All identified damages will be documented.
After-Hours Return Fee: Returning the vehicle outside of business hours may incur additional costs.
Insurance: If any damages not covered by insurance are identified upon return, the client will be held responsible for compensation.
